The Process

Not necessarily. We do walkthroughs virtually via FaceTime or WhatsApp video for sellers across all provinces. If you prefer an in-person visit, we can arrange that too. Either way, it's one walkthrough — not an ongoing parade of buyers through your home.
As little as 2 weeks after conditions are removed in most cases. Once the deal is firm, the main variable is lawyer availability for the title transfer. If you need more time, we can close on any date that works for you.
Not a problem. We buy occupied properties. Provincial tenancy laws still apply, so we'll work around existing lease agreements — but having tenants doesn't disqualify your property or complicate the sale on your end.

We're real people you can call, text, or email — and we never ask you for money upfront. If you have any concerns, we encourage you to have a lawyer review any paperwork before you sign.
